The Vineyards

 The grape varieties included in the Appellation correspond for red varieties to: Cencibel or Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and Bobal, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc and for whites, Small-Grain Muscatel and Sauvignon Blanc.

50% of our varieties are about 35 to 40 years old, which guarantee a good relation between the production and the quality of the grape.

 From among these varieties in this sense we want to highlight the variety of “Bobal” and the “Small-Grain Muscatel”, which are deeply rooted in this area.
