The Ribera del Júcar Protected Designation of Origin lands at FENAVIN.
The protected Designation of Origin will have its own stand at the National Trade Fair on Wine, with presence of the labels Casa de Illana, Casa Gualda, 5 Almudes, Vega Moragona, Teatinos and Casa Don Juan.
The Dates, from May 10th to the 12th; The Place: The National Trade Fair on Wine (FENAVIN) in Ciudad Real; The Reason; to continue being present with great prominence at the main forums and encounters of the wine sector, both at a national and international level. Hence the Ribera del Júcar Protected Designation of Origin will be participating at this encounter in order to continue promoting its wines.
“We are absolutely duty-bound to this date, as surely we cannot miss out on this opportunity”, affirmed the President of the P.D.O. Ribera del Júcar, Javier Prósper, adding that “after participating in many sector encounters, both in Spain and abroad, we absolutely have to be present at this trade fair, which represents a standard of reference in our country and on top of that it takes place in the Castellano-Manchego region.”
This is precisely the reason why the Ribera del Júcar Protected Designation of Origin will be putting everything it has on the line and, with a truly ambitious staging, presenting its labels Casa de Illana, Casa Gualda, 5 Almudes, Vega Moragona, Teatinos and Casa Don Juan at FENAVIN.
It will be possible to see and try the Designation’s wines at its stand, which will be located in Pavilion 5, Virgilio, lanes D-13, E-12, where extensive information about the wineries will also be available, thus insuring that an adequate environment is created in which it will be possible to establish good commercial relationships with all those professionals that want to come into contact with the Cuenca based Protected Designation of Origin.
“We have very good expectations with the trade fair, reason why we have made a great wager on being present at FENAVIN and we want the consumers and professionals to enjoy our wines and find out how we work,” Javier Prósper affirmed.
The stand will be manned by a team of professionals, with Juancho Villahermosa, Manager of the Designation of Origin heading the same, and great importance will be given to the P.D.O. Ribera del Júcar’s new website (www.vinosriberadeljucar.com). Juancho Villahermosa indicates that he is convinced that the wines will certainly not disappoint the consumers and the sector’s professionals that visit Pavilion 5, Virgilio, adding that “our work is now bearing its fruits and our presence at many national and international trade fairs has insured that our name shines in its own light within the sector; thus the reason why we could not miss the opportunity to be present at this trade fair with our very best offer,” Villahermosa underlined.
It is very important for the P.D.O. Ribera del Júcar to be present at FENAVIN, because this trade fair has been defined by the experts as “the trade fair of reference in the universal scope of the Spanish wine sector”.
Spanish wineries and cooperatives that want to promote their business at both a national and international level all come together at this trade fair; it is not in vain that the trade fair represents a broad-ranging encounter between the offer and the demand, with many parallel activities also taking place at the same, including commented tasting sessions, chats, viniculture encounters…
As of its very beginnings FENAVIN has specialized in foreign trade, with an international projection that allows the Spanish wine offer to be present in the most important markets worldwide.
